• France: tracked Colissimo, free shipping on orders over €65 (below that, fees shown at checkout)
• Indicative delivery time: 3-7 working days
• European Union and selected countries (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, United States, Canada, Japan, Australia…): fees calculated at checkout according to the destination

Luminograph A4 and A3+ exposure units
• France: free delivery, shipped within 48 working hours
• Europe outside France: €39
• Rest of the world (countries offered at checkout): €79

Outside the European Union
• Any customs duties and import taxes are borne by the recipient.

Returns

You have 14 days after receipt to return your order. Products must be returned in their original condition — unopened for chemical products.

Return procedure:

2. We send you a prepaid return label
3. Drop the parcel at a pickup point
4. Refund within 14 days of receipt

Exchanges

For an exchange, contact our customer service. We will guide you to the right product and arrange the exchange at no extra cost.

Damaged products

If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will immediately reship or refund.
