Products are also displayed and sold on site at the studio-gallery run by Maison Picturale (SAS, SIREN 914 961 297), 1 passage Dagorno, 75020 Paris. These terms only govern sales concluded online on visionpicturale.com.

Article 2 – Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Vision Picturale to consumers through the website visionpicturale.com.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Vision Picturale reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders

Placing an order on the website implies acceptance of these terms. Confirming the order constitutes acceptance of the prices and product descriptions.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online by card through a secure payment platform (Stripe). Your card is charged when the order is confirmed.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to mainland France. Delivery is free on orders over €75. Delivery times are indicative and range from 3 to 7 working days.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.

Article 8 – Warranty

Our products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity (2 years) and the warranty against hidden defects. If a product is defective, contact our customer service.
